On-Line Statement Access
In an effort to assist our clients in monitoring their investment accounts we are pleased to announce that effective immediately all our clients can now arranged to have secure on-line access to their current account statement over the internet.
This service is offered to you as part of our continuing effort to ensure our clients have the ability to keep abreast of what is happening in their accounts at anytime with only a user ID and a password.
In selecting this option, Lewkowitz Financial will no longer send you quarterly account summaries by mail. Equity Associates is still required to provide an annual statement with all transactions for the year.
Security
Although we have taken special precautions to ensure the security of this information we do caution our clients that it is their responsibility to ensure that the Id and Password we provide to them is kept confidential to ensure nobody else gets access to your information. We further caution you that you should not access your accounts through any computer other than your own to ensure that your access and or account information does not fall into the wrong hands.
The internet is a public network and as such you need to ensure that you take steps to ensure the security of your own computer is not compromised by consistently applying the latest anti virus and software patches to prevent unwanted access to your information.
Access to your account is through a secure internet site and you will see evidence of this when you log on to see your information. At the bottom right hand side of your screen you will see an image of a pad lock in the locked position, this tells you that the site you are accessing is a secure internet site.
Should you determine that you would like access to your information over the internet please sign and return this form to our office and we will be pleased to forward along your user ID and password in the mail so you can begin using the service.
